The experience
What a Head Spa actually is
You recline into a warm basin. Your scalp is cleansed twice, then rinsed under a halo ring of falling water. Exfoliation lifts what cleansing leaves behind, and a long, slow massage works across the scalp, neck and shoulders. Longer packages add a steam eye mask, Gua Sha, red-light therapy, hot stones or a facial treatment. Every experience ends with warm towels and a finishing service.

Before you arrive
How to prepare
- Come with dry hair — you don't need to wash beforehand.
- Remove heavy styling products if you can; a little is fine.
- Leave earrings and necklaces at home or expect to remove them.
- Arrive a few minutes early so your consultation isn't rushed.
- Tell us about scalp sensitivity, allergies, or recent color work.
Hair considerations
Every hair type is welcome
Fine, thick, curly, coily, colour-treated, relaxed, locked, braided or extended hair each behave differently in water and under massage. Tell us what you have when you book so we can plan timing and technique — and, where a full rinse isn't advisable, so we can adapt the treatment rather than cancel it.
If you wear a protective style or have particularly long or dense hair, please mention it when booking so we can plan your appointment.
